If all goes according to plan after the May 7 launch of SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket – the company’s Dragon spacecraft will be on its way to the International Space Station (ISS). It will then rendezvous with the space station and┬átest out several vital systems. If everything goes well – the crew currently on the ISS will grapple the privately-owned spacecraft and berth it to the Earth-facing node of the station’s Harmony Module.

The Canadian Space Agency (CSA)┬áhas produced a brief video detailing what this should look like. The CSA’s primary contribution to the ISS has been the Canadarm 2 and the Dextre robot. It will be Canadarm 2 that the crew will use to grapple Dragon and berth it to the ISS.
