Extrait :

Translation:
The United States have renounced sending Man back to the Moon. Too Expensive. China and India will pick up the torch and are already polishing their rockets. If returning to the moon would be compared to a sport, the United States, holder of the title since the Apollo missions, would have been the favorite. Their forfeit, which should become official, Monday February 1st, when Congress is presented a budget plan that no longer funds the NASA Constellation program, will logically change the nature of the competition. The other teams, like Europe and Japan, will have to revise their strategies et perhaps reinvent their own ambitions.
