Aderholt Introduces “Protecting Human Space Flight Act of 2010”

Rep_Aderholt.pngThe Huntsville Times is reporting in Lawmakers will try to force NASA to fund Constellation program that House Science Appropriations Subcommittee member Aderholt introduced yesterday HR-5614, a House bill titled the “Protecting Human Space Flight Act of 2010”. The goal of the Human Space Flight Act of 2010 is to ensure that Constellation remains viable from a funding and support stand-point. As such, the Space Flight Act of 2010 would prohibit NASA from cutting Constellation, NASA new budgetary adherence to the Anti-Deficiency Act notwithstanding.
