SpacePolitics.com has posted that HR 5781 has passed the House Science & Technology Committee. If the Senate version that was voted out of the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee is the “good cop”, then HR 5781 is the “bad cop” to the White House’s attempt to end NASA’s human space flight program. It will be interesting to see how these two bills are reconciled in Conference.
