  1. Looking at Armstrong’s training picture, one gains an awe-inspiring historical perspective on the tremendous achievement of Apollo 11 as well as the other moon missions. All the more reason to have that monument for Armstrong at the Smithsonian. It is not enough to “rename” a test center like Dryden to honor his memory. Congress, are you listening?
