Strongback in motion
The arms that clamp the Falcon 9 rocket have opened and the Strongback it moving to the pre-launch position. As the engines are lit the strongback will fully retract for launch.
The Strongback is part of the TEL (Transporter, Erector, Launcher) that supports the Falcon 9 during the movement from the hanger to the pad. This also provides umbilical connections for fuelling, data and power during the countdown phases.

Looking unlikely that SpaceX will launch at 11:22
By now taking of the Falcon 9 should be well underway. There is no indication that fuelling has started so it is unlikely that SpaceX will be launching at 11:22 when the launch window opens. The launch window is nearly two hours today so there is plenty of time for SpaceX to go.
There has been no confirmation of a delay or tanking in progress from SpaceX.

Weather remains favourable
There is a 60% chance of acceptable weather conditions during the launch window. The weather in the Atlantic Ocean at the landing site is expected to be low risk.

13Dec2020 10:51:33 Eastern
At L-35 minutes Tanking operations start
With an anticipated launch at 16:22 the poll for fuelling should have taken place a short while ago, and Fuel should now be flowing into the Falcon 9 onboard tanks. Awaiting confirmation from SpaceX for the status.

The first stage booster to be recovered
The first stage booster for today's flight has already flown on 6 missions and is expected to be recovered for the seventh time today. The flight plan calls for a liftoff from Cape Canaveral LC-40 with a landing on the ASDS "Just Read The Instructions".

Propellants for the Falcon 9
The Falcon 9 uses RP-1 (a highly refined form of Kerosene) and Liquid Oxygen or LOX to fuel the rocket. Both of these are pumped into the tanks at a temperature where they are barely liquid and resemble slush.
The tanking operations start as lates in the countdown as they do to preserve the propellants in their super cold form. Enabilng the rocket engines to produce more power.
11Dec2020 12:21:52 Eastern
Fuelling is about to start
The poll was successful and the Falcon 9 rocket is being prepared for fuelling. This starts with a chill down of the ground infrastructure and the tanks. The fuel will the start to flow into them until about 2 minutes before the launch.
