CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – The U.S. Navy’s Mobile User Objective System-1 (MUOS-1) satellite will have to wait a little longer before being launched on a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V 551 rocket. High upper-level winds and thick clouds (not to mention rain) caused the launch to be scrubbed two days in a row last week and it was decided the launch would be attempted on Feb. 22 – today it was revealed that the launch would slip further, to no-earlier-than Friday, Feb. 24.
