NASA Needs a Clear Destination

A good synopsis of the sentiment of attendees of the Annual Isaac Asimov Memorial Debate, as reported by Space.com’s Clara Moskowitz in, NASA Needs a Clear Destination for Space Exploration, Experts Say.

Though panelists couldn’t agree on the exact destination NASA should seek, the vast majority agreed that not only was a destination needed, but a timeline too. That position stands at odds with NASA’s current “new” plan, which is to spend money on new technology but has otherwise no there, there.
