SpaceX will launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying the KPLO payload from Cape Canaveral launch complex 40.

The KPLO spacecraft is the Korean Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter Korea's first space exploration mission. The spacecraft will map out the natural resources of the moon in particular water ice, uranium, helium-3, silicon, and aluminium. It will also map the topography of the surface in preparation for a second mission that will include a lunar lander.
