Ronald Reagan once said that if you can’t concentrate your mission into one sentence, you probably haven’t thought about it hard enough. NASA’s current mission statement,
“To understand and protect our home planet,
To explore the Universe and search for life, and
To inspire the next generation of explorers…as only NASA can.”
could easily leave one wondering…what does NASA “really” do?
