Great news today, US Senate Passes NASA Authorization Bill.

This means that we are one step closer to ensuring that our nation’s human space flight program continues.

Interestingly, in remarks before the Mars Society Convention 2010, former NASA Administrator Mike Griffin stated today that neither the House or Senate space acts are better than the program of record, that is our current human space flight program. But as Dr. Griffin also notes, either of the House or Senate space acts is better than the proposed White House plans for human space flight. Two steps forward, one step backwards.
